Lake is much lower but still worth an outing lunching larger boats may be a problem. Try both large an Small Midge patterns, Blood midges hatching fish feeding on the adults. Fish are holding in 5 to 12 feet of water. It's best to fish the south end of the lake near Rainbow point and up near East Walker channel. some of the Crowley regulars have pulled out and head up. If you're looking to heave it and leave it (Midge fishing, as some call it) use your Crowley tactics, but large flies as the naturals are some of the largest in the world! Both Midging and striping will produce. Try fishing a dry fly to sipping fish with a Blood Midge adult Pattern and Hang ON! They are size #12.

Nymphing Patterns: Black/copper wire, brown midge, red large 12-14 patterns are working the best. around the 11-16 ft depth.

Dry Fly Patterns: Adult Midge Some Large(red) ones and Calibaetis Patterns to rising fish.

Attractor Patterns:

Streamer: Large brown or Black leech patterns or hornbergs with a Hares Ear dropper. Damsel fly Patterns.
