This still remains the hot spot. ??Nymphing has been the primary method of take. Pheasant tails, copper johns size 16-18 and wd-40's.
Tiger midges in 18-20 and caddis emergers should do the trick. The fishing here has been very good throughout most of the day. If the hole is dark and deep there are plenty of fish. For those of you looking for bigger fish, try tugging hornbergs, wooly buggers or matukas through the deeper holes. There has been a good hatch of trico in the morning and the fish have been keying in on them. REMEMBER THAT FROM THE BENTON CROSSING BRIDGE DOWN STREAM TO THE MONUMENT IS CLOSED TO ALL FISHING.
