It's lower than normal and the fishing is tougher. In the morning try using midges, such as WD 40's, ultra midges in olive or tiger midges in sizes 18-20 and tricos. There is a hatch of BWO's and PMD's during the morning. For this use a blue winged olive or a sparkle baetis in size 16 -18 or a pmd. Go take a nap from mid-day on and come back for the caddis hatch in the evening. During this time try using an elk hair caddis or a Hot Creek caddis or a yellow sallie trailed by a caddis emerger.
