The flow rate is 116 cfs. There has been some good surface action on caddis in the morning. Try using a caddis emerger or tiger midge as a dropper. The water is also starting to warm up into the high 60's. Due to the lack of water this season I would suggest you fish it early. As, later this season the water will be low and water temps will be high.
