Bridgeport has been excellent from boats this week and we have had a couple decent reports from bait anglers off the shore down
near the dam as well. The best though has been bait fishing from boats. Power bait, crawlers and power eggs have been the ticket for the most part.
Fly anglers have been doing well stripping streamers with sinking lines or midging with damsel, chironomid and midge patterns. There's still a few anglers trolling in the deeper water and having success with lead-core rigs and blades/crawlers, bouyants and small rapalas.
