The lake slowed down a little this week but still most anglers are reporting great fishing. ??They have to work a little more but are getting full stringers. ??Nightcrawlers are good and trolling with a small Rapala has been catching quite a few. ??Shore fishing is mediocre with some action on Powerbait or Trout Traps with a mealworm.

WEATHER The weather has been the best of the year. It seems like July with the daytime temps in the 70's and the nights dropping into the mid 40's. It has been spectacular. The skies have been clear blue with gentle breezes in the afternoons. We have had very few mosquitoes yet, but most people are using plenty of sunscreen.
