Water flow 88 CFS. Fly fishing is a bit more challenging with cold water and air temperatures. Expect to make many drifts for few fish. Work hard and you will be rewarded. Same fly's as Hot Creek. Best fishing during mid day hours.

The cold weather and a plant of 1,750 pounds of trout last week has turned on the fishing. Another ton is going in this week. Henry Yamaoka of Gilroy caught the big fish of the week, a 12-pound, 10-ounce trout. Right behind that catch was Domingo Sarmiento of Union City, who caught a 10-11 trout.
