Following a DFW plant early in the week the bite at North Lake really took off with most anglers reporting a steady bite on pan sized Rainbows with some really solid Brooders in the 2 - 4lb range. Tactics were varied and those tossing lures, fly/bubble or Powerbait all scored fish but the big boys seemed to prefer flylined nightcrawlers with some of our guests scoring 3 fish over the 2lb mark near the inlet area.
