Fishing at Silver Lake has been decent this past week. The weather has still been up and down all week with some colder temperatures early in the week and some wind over the weekend as a small storm is rolling in for this coming Tuesday. That hasn't stopped the anglers from working hard to get to the fish. Rush Creek and Grant Lake - where Rush dumps into Grant - has produced some great fishing. Keep it simple as using some of the basics will produce some nice results. Night crawlers has seen some great results this week both in the lakes and in the Creeks. Also some larger size flyers are starting to show some signs of life as Woolly Buggers have also done well. This time of year I always suggest using a little of everything you have as some basic patterns have not started to take shape just yet. Anglers saw great results using Mepps, Krokodiles, Panther Martins and Rooster Tails this past week, as well as Night Crawlers, Garlic Power Baits and Berkley Mice Tails. Watch the web cam this week on Wednesday as Ford will be doing a Expedition Commercial all day, using the boat area and some of our Kayaks on the lake!!

DFW has been stocking weekly so look for the fishing to continue to stay steady as we hopefully continue to warm up!!

Happy Fishing and See You At The Lake!!!!
