What a week! Between the w-i-n-d & s-n-o-w - you just never know and then Santa showed up - we thought we had stumbled into the Twilight Zone. Santa (JustClaus.com) spent a day at the Lake amongst the snowy weather, not sure if he was in training or just touristing - we put in our wish - and lo and behold, it's come true - an addition to the family. And, then, there were so many people on the dam and not a fishing pole in sight - like I said the Twilight Zone.

This week, fishing was good, but off and on - may have had something to do with the weather. NightCrawlers, PowerBait, WoolyBuggers and jigs are working at the Inlets. Trolling flashers and NightCrawlers or a Thomas Buoyant or just NightCrawler seems to be doing the trick. Drifting the Lake using NightCrawlers, PowerWorms or PowerBait (ah - what a way to enjoy the day on Lake). Shore fishing with PowerWorms, NightCrawlers or PowerBait. Didn't get a stocking from the DFG, but that's understandable and with all the fish we've gotten this year.

Jack Gove from Anaheim landed his biggest fish yet - a whopping 1-1/4 pounder - let the ribbing begin! Bill and Andrew of Stevenson Ranch were making "Memories" and catching dinner at the Lake.

The Lake Sabrina Cafe will close for the season on October 16th. The last day to rent boats will be on October 23rd and only until 1:00pm and then we're on vacation.
