Fish has been steady with a Beatis hatch coming off around midday and some caddis poping off in the later afternoon, 2-5pm. The flows are still low and clear at this time. Plenty of weed grow for the fish to hide in. Overall the conditions are great for this time of year, Nymphing with should give you some good result in the mid morning as things warm up and then you should see fish rise for the emergering Mayflies and Caddis. I would use 6x tippet as the water is clear and the fish have been seeing flies from March 1st. As CADFG changed the regulations allowing winter fishing.

Nymphing Patterns: Surface emergers, scuds, Caddis emerger patterns. San Juan Worms Master nymphs. Small PT,

Dry Fly Patterns: Bwo's,Cdc caddis, Schrodder's Parachute Caddis,Para bwos, Hot creek Caddis, in sizes 18-20s
