Rob Rall from Atascadero, Ca, off shore on lower twin with a 3lb 14oz rainbow. This is a CDFW tagged trout. When you see a tag on a fish that says do not report, this is just tagged by the Department of Fish and wildlife to let you know you’ve caught one of their larger fish that they’ve stocked.
