The East is running at about 165 cfs today. Unfortunately the water temps are pretty high right now with the hot weather we've been having. It's probably best to stay off the river right now because of the high water temps and low oxygen levels. We haven't really had any reports from down there as it seems most anglers are fishing elsewhere due to the temperatures. That being said, the weather guessers are saying that starting Tuesday there will be a cooling trend and several days of thunderstorms, if this does happen this should be very good for the river, as well as the Reservoir. If this happens the water temps should drop considerably and things might become more fishable quickly. I'd recommend giving us a call later in the week to see how things are shaping up.
