The flows have been fluctuating over the past week or so. They were at 110cfs and then 180cfs and now they are back to 150cfs. This makes fishing a little tough. If you can get a stretch where the flows stay the same for a few days then the fishing has been awesome. Dry stones and hoppers are catching fish on the surface. There has been a small Trico hatch in the mornings. Dead drifting crayfish under an indicator in deeper runs has also been effective. This is a great technique if the water stays a little off color. Do not pass up the shallow water areas between runs as the fish are really spread out.
