High Flows Making Things Difficult!

Owens River - Lower - Bishop, CA (Inyo County)

by Jim Elias

With the flows in the mid 300's it's going to make things difficult to fish just about everywhere except the section of river directly below the dam. Even then, don't forget to bring a wading staff. It's also tic season, so make sure you check yourself and your dog before you head home.
