The East Walker is still fishing really well, despite the low flows. The section below the bridge is full of nice fish in the 12 to 17 inch range, and the upper section is still producing some fish over 20". Small midge patterns like zebra midges, WD-40's, flashback emergers and silver streaks are all doing well. Also some streamers like bead head mini leeches, hornberg specials, and rainbow hornbergs as well as good ol' zuddlers are all good patterns. Both sections of the Nevada side are also doing well, not quite as many anglers on either of those sections.

Kirman is really good right now as well, lots of cutts in the 17 to 23 inch range, and a few brookies that are ranging from 17 to 19 inches. Lots of different streamers working like seal buggers, flash-a-buggers, Stillwater nymphs and they're also doing good with some scud patterns. I'd say Kirman is fishing better than it has for a couple years right now, some anglers reporting 20 fish days, that's for all day fishing, but that's not too bad a way to spend a day!

Virginia Lakes are killer right now, Big and Little are keeping lots of bent rods going. Mostly bait fishing, or streamers for the fly guys. Had a 5 pounder come in today from Little, and most anglers are reporting plenty of action.

Bridgeport is producing a few fish, if you're willing to work for them, it's definitely not automatic, but if you put your time in you should be able to get a few fish. The best reports we've been hearing have been either trolling with blades and spoons or Rapalas, or bait fishing with crawlers and a little power bait. It seems that scents are helping out a lot lately, either Berkley Dip, or Crave Gravy or the like.

Just so you know, I'll be heading to Montana on a deer and elk hunt in the morning and won't be back until Nov. 13 or 14. I'll get an update as soon as I can on my return and update this report. Sorry for the inconvenience, but my rifles are sighted in and I have to get out there!! See ya in a couple weeks.
