A few friends have seen some our our SFR Features and asked if I would take them out and show them how to deep sea fish. I was more than glad to introduce more folks to our fine sport and get them headed in the right direction. I called SEA LANDING and made reservations for the STARDUST, we arrived early as most were aniouxs and beat the crew to the boat (scheduled departure time was 7am). We were soon greeted by the crew, we had Capt Luke at the helm, Chef Casey in the galley and Dane on the deck and about 15 other folks. We headed out with 23 anglers and Capt Luke said we were headed for Santa Rosa, the 2 hour trip went by quick with the "veterans" telling war stories to the newbies. To say the fishing was epic, would be the biggest understatement of the day, within minutes we were hauling reds, and chuckleheads over the rail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! Thanks to the crew for taking the time to insure everyone was having a great time and getting limits of some quality rockfish. All of the "newbies" were talking about the trip all the way home and are already planning their next trips. Give the landing a call at 805-963-3564 for your next trip, you will not be disappointed.
