Mac Daddy, Sea Adventure 80 customers, and crew enjoy fantastic fishing off shore for Blue fin Tuna.
Weather improved and the fish are on the chew. The Sea Adventure 80 was fishing 172 miles south of Point Loma on this extended trip. Seas were 3 to 4 feet and the wind was 9 to 11 knots. The Sea Adventure 80 scores 48 quality Bluefin Tuna at 172 miles from Point Loma this 4th of July weekend. We also got 37 yellowtail to go with that.
We are offering a wide variety of trips this time of year. From 1.5 day trips to 4 day trips. Our departure times and Arrival times are changing to meet the distance to travel so please check daily on your trips departure.
The fish that we enjoyed catching on this trip we about 34 to 74 pounds. There are fish bigger too. We has on angler get spooled in about 40 seconds. The fish were taken on 25, 30, 40, pound tests. It helped to have 30 pound Black Water Floral Carbon too.
