With the flows this high on the Lower Owens, it is probably better to fish elsewhere

Water Conditions: Poor the flows are at 513 cfs as of 7/11

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: With the flows up over 500cfs now it's probably not a bad idea to fish somewhere else, or go down below bishop to where the river is wider with no banks.

Wet wading in the slow water must be nice when the temps are in the 90's and 100's! Just be careful.
