As the Flows come down on the Upper Owens, fly fishing will improve

Water Conditions:
Good as of 9/29 flows are at 122cfs above the Hot Creek confluence.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Good fishing should be getting better now that the flows are coming back down. Might take a few days, but the water should be clearing as well.
