Seeing them

Plenty of bluefin in the lower zone offshore to look at but none were interested in our offerings. Over a spread of thirty miles we saw a few here, there, and everywhere. Never a bunch or big school, mainly ones and two's. Working in to the coast to search for yellows and variety to end the day we fulfilled the consolation prize objective setting us up for another crack at the bluefin offshore tomorrow after a quick scan of a couple more spots along the coast. As for the future potential history has shown that the current sign around inevitably turns into big schools and good fishing. The question of course is when. The answer? Time will tell. It appears that we are going to have to employ the old school technique of working hard at it until something gives. Fishing at it's finest. Photo today is a grab from the archives. Look for the trip recap tomorrow.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
