http://www.truckeeriveroutfitters.comThe fishing at Davis has been really good. There has been a blood midge hatch in the mornings that brings fish into really shallow water. Blood midge pupae fished with a floating line in 1 to 3 feet of water in the early mornings has been awesome. Some anglers have even been sight fishing. As the morning wears on, the fish move into 3 to 6 feet of water and can be caught with bloodmidges fished under an indicator or slow stripping woolybuggers with an intermediate line.
