Water Conditions: Good

Very clear with lots of weeds. Water temps are high 50s to mid 60s by noon. Flows are at 13 cfs plus the spring water.

Fishing conditions and Hatches: Good

Very good to fair throughout the day turning to very good again depending on wind. Tricos are still pretty abundant with small midges early morning. Caddis still lingering throughout midday, at times pretty thick! Baetis of all colors mid morning on.Also all terrestrials are game on from the heat of the day on. Caddis and terrestrials for the evening session.

Recommended Flies:

Trico emergers and spinners (OLIVE OR BLACK) #22-#18S Midge patterns(black,cream,red)#24-#16s. Foam beetles,ants and hoppers##18-#14s.Caddis larvae and emergers(olive,tan,black)#22-#16.Elk hair caddis,E.C. caddis and stimulators (olive,tan,black,gray) Yellow for the stimulators#22-#16s.

Guides Hint: Carry a pack of sharpies to add a little color variation to your flies.
