Fly fishing has been wide open over the past week. The water temperatures are in the mid 50's and the fish are in shallow water. Nymphing with black maholo midges has been working well. Stripping beetles in shallow water is also catching fish. The fish are in so close right now that they are easily spooked. Do not take your ladder out to far or the fish will get behind you. The nets beaches open again on Sunday the 16th
