Water Conditions: Excellent

Water is clear! The warming spring weather is instigating nice hatches and the fish are very active! Roads and gates are wide open.
No sign of run-off yet. I don't think we will see that for 2 more weeks…

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Excellent

There are solid hatches of midges in the am, followed by BWO's mid-day and caddis by the afternoon (on Warm days). Some great dry fly opportunities can be had most days.
The fishing has been flat out UNREAL! Our guides have been putting people on very high #'s of quality fish daily. Learn the tricks our guides have developed for Hot Creek.
