The Bass Bite Slowed Just a Bit this Past Week.

The bass bite slowed just a bit this past week, with lots of fish schooled up, and chasing bait out in open water.  There is still a lot of action on drop shot plastics in 20' to 30' of water just about anywhere you want to fish. Bluegill are still biting for those targeting them, although the quality has diminished as the average fish is only about 0.33 of a pound.  Mealworms, and red worms fished under a bobber at the edge of the grass line has been the best way to go.
